When running his previous company, our co-founder Raf Seymus saw businesses struggling with a widening skills gap.
Finding no compelling solutions out there, he decided to take on the challenge. As part of his research, Raf read the bestselling book, “Neuroscience for Learning and Development”.
The author, Stella Collins, had spent 20+ years helping L&D apply neuroscience principles to boost skills transfer. She was dreaming of ways to help businesses do it at scale.
The name for Raf’s new venture had already been decided when Stella agreed to join. And so, it seemed that the future of Stellar Labs was written in the stars!
